Raymond Castonguay is founder of RJCB Consulting and exercises his ability to explore both science and engineering. He has 25 years of optical industry experience and has patents on national award winning light scatter technology and patents on high speed interferometry. He founded his company, Engineering Synthesis Design, in 1996 that focuses on metrology products for the optical, aerospace, astronomy, and automotive industries. Raymond majored in Aerospace Engineering and was a Research Associate at the University of Arizona Optical Sciences Center.
